In the chart below, we list problems customers have had with Customs in their countries. A blank space does not guarantee that a product will be allowed. Import restrictions change without notice, and international customers assume all risk when ordering supplements. For more information, please see our international shipping and return policy.
Some products marked "No" may be ordered with a Doctor's prescription which you can fax or mail to us. We will enclose it with your order for Customs. Check with your local Customs officials before ordering.
These measures do not always allow entry of products and international customers assume all risk for orders, even if they have sent us a prescription or "pharmaceutical certificate."
