Why a One-Per-Day?
SuperNutrition offers a full range of optimal potency multi-vitamins in four to eight tablets per day. However, many people want to take only one good multi-vitamin tablet per day. However, we suggest that to meet your full daily requirements for optimal baby’s bone health, you need more calcium than the 210 mg we can fit in one tablet. A large double-blind study showed that pregnant women who got less than 600 mg of calcium from their diet and supplemented with 1,200 mg of calcium had babies with 15% more bone density than those who did not supplement with 1,200 mg.
