Alpha lipoic acid is a powerful antioxidant that supports cholesterol metabolism. Sesamin, a lignan from sesame seeds, has been shown to conserve the body’s supply of gamma tocopherol and to activate fatty acid-oxidizing enzymes for improved fat metabolism.
